Veemon nodded, "Thanks for coming to warn me."

"yeah yeah yeah...."she sighed as she looked away blushing. "s-so what do you think you'll look like when you finally turn human??"

Veemon shrugged, "Dunno... tallish.. blue/black hair you know."

"r-right...."she mumbled feeling out of place around him. 'its all that stupid angel's fault...she had to go running her mouth again....'she thought angerly.

Veemon looked back at her, "Hey you alright?"

nodding fuirously[sp?] she fell down with a groan. "ow...my neck..."she mumbled.

Veemon turned and walked backward, kneeling next to her he blinked, "Hey are you alright?"

doru nodded. "y-yeah...."she said as she got up in pain. "let go."

"Let go... let go of what.. I wasn't.." Confused he stood back up and frowned.

"let go of all the things you've known...."she sighed. "kyo wont be as welcoming as he is now...when he finds out what you are....."she mumbled.

Veemon stepped back and shook his head, "He'll understand.... he wont leave me. We're partners.... w-we're brothers."

"I know it hurts to think about....please veemon....just hear me out....my first partner was put in the same place that kyo will be when he finds out....we were like family. we went every where together, shared the same things....we were the best of friends....she tried to kill me in my sleep..."she sighed.

Veemon looked down for a moment, shaking his head he looked back to Doru, "He wont do it...."

doru moved over to him as she pulled him into a hug. "I hope you're right..."she sighed.

Wrapped his arms around her slow, "Yeah... me to." He replied in a mutter.

blushing dorumon sighed happily before a cough came from the doorway. "well well well...look what we have here! two little love birds! how cute!"came zoey and talon's voices.

Veemon stepped back before looking at the two who came upstairs, "N-no we aren't..."

zoey giggled. "yeah right....it sure looked like you two were in a lover's embrace!"she laughed. talon joined in. "oh just think of what the kids will look like!"she smiled before she frowned. "not as cute as I originally thought...."

Veemon rolled his eyes a bit and huffed, "Joke all you want."

"okay okay foods on....come and get it before j.p eats it all."they smiled. doru groaned. "oh no....he's here..."

Veemon blinked, "Uhh who?" He questioned.

she rolled her eyes. "angewomon told you about the legendary warriors right? he's the one who has the power of lightning....."

Veemon huffed, "Oh. Well sorry I haven't exactly been properly informed of everything."

she shrugged and sighed as she turned into her human form. "yeah well c'mon."she giggled.

Huffing he followed her, still a bit worried whether or Kyo would accept him.

walking into the kitchen she was glomped by a large boy in a blue jump suit. "heya cutie!"he smiled.

Strolling past he hopped up on a chair and folded his arms over the table.

"how about you give me a kiss for old times sake??"the boy asked drunkenly. "still a drinker I see....and how about no..."she giggled. "aww...c'mon love...."he pouted.

Veemon twitched, he remembered her saying not to get over emotional over things so he tried to remain calm.

"how many drinks have you had?" doru asked before letting out a squeek as j.p moved his hands up to her chest. "hehe still soft and warm!"he smirked. "j-junpei I really don't think you should....you should stop now..."she said as she looked over to veemon.
