Dancing with flowers

Hiro grinned and raised a hand to brush his thumb along her cheek, "I'm glad."

misa nodded as she took his hand in her own. "I'm so lucky."

Hiro shifted his hand and intertwined his fingers with hers, "And I am to."

"I never dreamed that you would say that. to me of all people."she smiled as she snuggled closer. "its getting late...maybe we should head inside..."

Hiro nodded and pressed his head to hers, sighing he looked up and nodded, "I never dreamed I'd say it to anyone " He replied before standing. "Yeah prolly should."

misa stood up and nodded. "I guess I'll see you later then."she smiled as she kissed him. "I mean I don't really wanna leave your side but I have to."she said as she turned to walk away hesitantly. [eh...I have the mother of all head aches so I'm gonna get off for the night. night night hun^^]

Hiro nodded and took a step off the porch. "Hehe yeah, night hun. Get a good sleep." He replied before turning and taking the short walk toward his house. [I was gonna say I gotta head off to. Night bebe <3]

misa sighed as she went upstrairs and then to her room for a nights sleep. outside though stood two figures. "heh...now that she's alone we can take her back right sister?"a male voice asked. "soon brother....let us take our time and see how strong her will is...."the figure said as it fazed into misa's room. she slowly started chanting words that made no sense and dancing a strange dance. once done she left leaving misa to the worst dreams possible.

Hiro slipped into his house and flopped down along the couch. Upstairs was to far and he was to tired to go up there, well not tired just lazy. Thinking back to the fight at the carnival he wondered what other powers he had. He dosed off for about and hour before he woke up. Stretching out he headed out in a large clearing into the forest. Closing his eyes he inhaled deep and shifted back into the griffin like beast. He stepped about as usual to get the feel before he just did regular movements. His talons were sharp enough to bring down a tree with no problem and he had a feeling that his wings could support him. Pressing from the earth his wings blew a strong breeze that sent the trees bending and loose leaves falling. Gliding easily in the air he went over the water and let his claws drag over the surface.

one of the dark figures followed and watched hiro with glowing yellow eyes. the fox like figure darted from tree to tree trying to avoid the gaze of the tengu. "his movements are fast but ametureish....he hasn't had that form for very long..."the figure said.

Hiro landed on one of the larger islands though it was blank it just meant nothing would happen. Front legs stretched out while his back arched some, a pain went through his body before various spiked carved from his spine and ripped the skin. "well this is new." He muttered to himself, he learned nothing of this before but then again starting tomorrow he'd have a lot more duties.

the black fox landed near by in a bunch of bushes. he stuck his head through as he watched him closely.

Closing his eyes he opened them and felt a whole new sense of vision that he hadn't gotten before. Turning his head he caught of a small fire shape in the bushes. Turning he growled some and lashed his tail out behind his frame. Eyes narrowed and locked on to the target.

the shadowy fox darted over to a tree and let out a shriek of triumph. "you think you have it all under control don't you tengu boy?" the fox said as it changed shape to that of a human. "we're changing misa's light heart to dark as we speak....and theres nothing you can do to stop it...."he said steping to the lighted area. "but.....because she's still my sister I have one bit of advice. keep her as close as possible...until I come back with the charm that will help to slow the process...."he said narrowing his eyes at him. he brushed his long black bangs away from his yellow eyes.

Hiro shifted down and rolled his eyes, "Never easy with you people is there, So why exactly are you doing this anyway?"

"I only want misa to be happy...she's always put others before herself....even when we were growing up..the darkness may have my body but it will never have the feelings I have towards people I love."he sighed. "I was so close with misa...its just not fair to her that all this shit has to happen to her"

Hiro looked at him warily, leaning off to one side he nodded slow, "I see. So why track me down out into the middle of a lake."

jojo looked to the side. "there was someone that neither misa or myself thought of....another sibling...her heart is far too dark to control and her hatred for misa is far too great. she will stop at nothing to destroy her. as we speak she's playing her sick games trying to torture misa....I left to seek you out because at the hospital...where my body is...I could feel how strong you were....all I'm asking is that you help me protect my little sister."he sighed.

Hiro nodded slow while his gaze wandered back in the direction of her house, "I'll do anything and everything I can to protect her." He replied, still wondering if she'd be alright while they were here conversing. "So what exactly happened to your other sister? Why does she hate Misa."

jojo ran a hand through his hand. "she died at birth but our father brought her back using the memories of misa....the way misa sees herself is the way sinette will see herself. her body is torn and broken because of father's twisted games....he finds great joy in twisting misa's powers...thats the only reason sinette turned into the torn rag doll...but she thinks its misa's fault."

Hiro pursed his lips and sighed, "Sheesh, well how do you exactly to get her away from Misa, I mean you could kill her or something but she's still family regardless."

"I wish I could kill her...I've tried many times but each time I've been pulled further into the darkness...she's done her work...I have to go. remember what I've told you." he said as he disappeared into the shadows.

Hiro nodded to nothing and let the wings slip from his back, returning to the house he landed silently ontop of Misa's house. Slipping down he peered through the window.

sinette looked up quickly at hiro and growled as she faded into the shadows of the room. at that same moment misa shot up with a cry. she looked around her eyes wide with terror. noticing hiro she opened up the window and blinked. "what are you doing here?" she asked.

Hiro jumped when the window opened, blinking a couple times he looked toward her. "Huh oh uhh it's err nothing." He wasn't sure if he could or couldn't tell her about what was going on which left him lost for words.

misa smiled. "what? trying to get a look at me in my sleep? how long where you out there?"she teased before she walked up to him and kissed him gently. "you know you don't have to go about things that way. if you wanted something just come up to me and ask."

Hiro smiled and shrugged, "Not very like just a couple minutes. And I know it wasn't that." Augh this was horrible maybe he should just tell her about her sister. Shaking away the thought he kissed her back.

"you okay?"misa asked placing her hands on his chest. "you seem to be somewhere else..."she giggled.

Hiro nodded and placed one of his hands over hers, "Yeah I'm alright."

misa smiled. "you sure?"she asked with a small laugh. her hands moved up until they reached his shoulders where she wraped her arms around his neck. "I love you."
