Dancing with flowers

misa went to take a step forward but was stoped by lune. 'not yet.....' he told her. 'but he's hurt! what good am I if I can't even protect him?!' she yelled at him. 'misa please....you can't just barge over there....just watch for now...' he said. misa looked over to hiro. hatred boiled inside her though it wasn't targeted to anyone it was mostly towards herself. her feelings for hiro shimmered in her eyes. lune sighed and let go of her. quickly she moved closer. she wanted to reach out and take him in her arms but she restrained herself.

Two of the elders from last night stepped over and stabled him from his shoulders. Now the only thing left was to see if the they approved of their choice of whether or not he handled it properly. Walking the still daze teen into a room in the back the kind elder who had spoken earlier appeared behind Misa and gave her a nudge. "Now it is okay for you to see him."

misa nodded and looked to him. "thank you."she said before she rushed off following hiro.

Hiro ended up sitting on a small couch, his mind had begun to return to its normal state. Taking a deep breath he nodded as the two whom helped him vanish.

misa stoped a few feet away from hiro. "h-hiro..."she said. the emotion that she had in her eyes before was still there. "hiro...are you okay?"she asked taking a step forward.

Hiro looked up slow to find Misa, he nodded slow an d attempted a smile which turned up the corner of his mouth. "Yeah... I'm pretty sure. Just a bit dazed." Shifting some he decided against the urge to stand and sat where he was. "But are you okay?"

she felt tears come to her eyes as she walked over to him slowly as she sat down next to him placing a hand his cheek. she pulled his head over to her chest in a comforting gesture. "I was worried is all...I thought...I thought that I might lose you."she said.

Hiro leaned his head onto her shoulder before his gaze shifted to look at her, "I promised I'd never leave you"

she nodded as she rested her head against his. "heh...you did, didn't you? I feel really bad that I can't give you anything in return...."she sighed as she wraped her arms around him.

Hiro shifted closer to her, it just felt comforting being close to her, "That's what you think. Remember we're partners and you...you gave me your life..."

"my life. that seems too little now. I've seen some of the things that we have to go through...some things tear us appart. others bring us together. hiro...its not too late to give me my life back...you can spare yourself and forget about me." she smiled as she took his sent in.

Hiro sat up slow and pressed the palm of his hand against her cheek, "I don't want to forget about you. You've given me a different life a better one. We have each other to get through anything we wont be alone."

misa nodded and blushed as she touched his hand. "yeah...."

Hiro smiled softly at her blush, then he realized that maybe he did have a feeling for her, that had nothing to do being partners.

misa looked away trying to find a way to stop the blush. "so...uh...what did that guy say to you?" she asked randomly.

Hiro pulled his hand away and looked down for a moment, "Huh oh...uh well he could only think of one thing that'd get me angry enough. He said he was going to...kill you and then I couldn't take the thought of you dying..."

misa giggled. "wow. that sounds way sappy but I get where you're coming at."she smiled. "its really sweet that you didn't want me to get hurt."

Hiro shrugged some before leaning his arms onto his legs, "Heh yeah."

"you looked really cool....I mean I was scared and all to lose you....but I couldn't help hoping that I looked that cool when I get my full dragon form...I mean I know I'm going to have silver scales....but I hope I have large dark wings..."she smiled.

Hiro arched a brow and laughed some, "Heh thanks and I bet you will." Shifting he rubbed the back of his neck. "It felt so weird though..."

misa blinked. "really? what do you mean?"

Hiro looked at his arm with a blank expression before he turned toward her, "Like being something different..it was just odd."

she nodded. "yeah..thats what I feel when I'm turning into my half dragon form....I'm not myself...I just want to kill and nothing else..." she said looking down.

Hiro smiled and tilted her head up by her chin, "Hey it's alright you don't need to feel upset about it. It'll get easier."

she nodded. "I hope...kuz if I ever do snap lune won't be able to stop me...a young dragon is stronger than a dragon who is at least 1,000 years old like lune....but he's getting stronger so I guess I could be held back by him..."

Hiro smiled and shrugged a bit, "I'm sure everyone who do anythign they could to help."

misa blinked before she squeeled. "awwws! you're always so nice to me hiro-kun!!"she giggled as she glomped him. "so cute!"she giggled as she stuck her tongue out at him in a teasing way.

Hiro closed an eye as he shrunk down some, "If you say so." He replied before he jumped to his feet. Blinking at the elder he nodded slow and got a nod in return. Watching him then leave he fell back no the couch with a sigh. "I passed.."

misa threw her hands in the air with a giggle. "was there any doubt that you wouldn't?"she asked with a smile. "we should celebrate. I can get a few people and we can go out to do something or we could just hang out without the people. what da ya say mr. leader."she said with a wink.

Hiro scratched the back of his head and laughed some, "Well I did for a while, at the start anyway. And uh sure which ever works." He replied happy though still his mellow self.
