memories of the past

she would have cried if she weren't so scared, everything was happening too fast for her to process fully. she knew that she had to hurry and get done what needed to be done but here, in this moment in time she wanted things to stay like that. where it wasn't just a young girl telling an old lady who'd out worn her welcome to stop talking. it was a moment in time where she realized just how real this little rag tag family was.
shin nodded quickly and sighed,"if you insist....god you're thick-headed....c'mon...we've got work to do...."she murmured while tossing back a pistol to the girl.

The other starred at the pistol. Well, it was new anyways, the amount of times she had ever shot anything mechanic was a beast of a rarity. She blinked and let her hand fix its way around the weapon. "Don't hit Kojiomtom a nice nap. That it?" she .asked

nodding shin smirked,"you've got it.....it'll take about five of the six rounds you've got and five of mine to take him down so make em count kay?"she asked while moving on.
finding the base in ruins killed her, but seeing the two dragons fighting killed her more. she could see how badly beat up koji was. you could clearly see he didn't want to hurt his brother even if he wanted to hurt him.

She fallowed her leader with conifence. She felt the weapon in her hand, but barely acknowedged the thought. I was truely time to not think - she didn't usally anyways - and jst time to act upon it. Koji, Shin, Hikari, Rodney, Misa, god the list went on. This was just another day in the Nightphase.
And they've gotten through all the other days, so, why stop now.
