Another rp to introduce Asher Peten and Harley?

"THen why are you so surprised?" Peten asked angrily, and Harley seemed to light up. "You know where he is?" She turned to Peten. "They might know where he is! A-and mom!" She was excited, ignoring the previous danger. Asher, from under his shady tree, spoke again. "If he's missing, why don't you contact the police?" his forked tongue flicked out of his mouth for a moment when a jogger with an espresso ran by.

A familiar name rang in his ears. Shibusen. He had heard mention of that around the nightphase. If only he could remember more than it being a school. What was it a school for? He searched his memories but couldn't quite remember.

Harley desperately wanted to see her father again. After he escaped from Shibusen, he left without so much as a goodbye. Granted, he was running for his life again, but a goodbye would have been nice. She never understood why her mother thought he was going to do something horrible to her..

Keko just stared. "We don't know anything because the only time we've encountered him is through Crona and Maka's fight. It wasn't too long ago. That's why." Just what were these two trying to pull? If she really was Giriko's daughter, then why were they not fighting? ....They were just...talking...?

"Hey I know those two!" Hikari randomly shouted out. Because he did. He had met Maka and her partner Soul on one of his missions. He remembered them being nice. He also remembered Crona from the same mission. He remembered him being powerful, but timid and awkward.

"Maka, h-how is she?" Harley asked and Peten took a few steps back, grabbing his enchanting gloves from their backpack on the ground. "And Soul?"

"U-umm, they seemed to be doing fine the last I saw them."

"Oh..." Harley looked down sadly and shook her head, repeating herself. Peten was still warey of these people, only because they were Shibusen. "So what do you want?" He asked once he had his gloves on.

Hikari looked taken aback by the question. "I only heard fighting and came to try and resolve it."

Daisuki then, came in front of her partners and spoke. "Unless you plan of attacking us...then there's nothing we want, or have any business else with. And last time I saw Maka and Soul they were...doing fine..." Her voise was soft, and scarse. She lifted her head up and looked right at them, all of them, From Asher to Peten. Past Hikari, past Harley, all the while wishing she hadn;t spoeken up...because now she felt really awarkaward.

Peten lost his agressive posture. He was only doing what he could to protect his weapon, his girlfriend. He would try to protect her from anything, even her own parents. Giriko and Unari too seeing as they were her real mom and dad.

Hikari noticed the tension seemed to vanish. That was good. The worst was over. He figured he could stay for a little friendly conversation, maybe make a few new friends.

Asher moved out of the shade and stretched after throwing away his empty coffee.

Gruffy, Koko blinked. Nothing seemed to be happening. She could now look away from the friend-enimys-unkown.
She looked around for the first time at everything. Where exactly they had ended up. How nice the weather still was. The fact that it must be lunchtime soon. The half snake guy over by the tree. The sight of some ducks coming bac-
Omg?!?!
"Omg?!?!?"

"What?" The three responded in unison.

"You're....you're half snake!!!" Koko gasped, pointing directly at Asher, totally, completely frantic about it. "No way!!! How?? What??? Why??"

Hikari looked at Koko. He actually hadn't been surprised at all. He'd seen some freaky stuff during his time at the nightphase and on missions and other stuff. A naga was nothing new to him.

"Uh... yeeeaah. I haven't met a naga who wasn't." Asher snarked and scratched his neck, then studied his hand for a moment. "This is your first time seeing one of us? I never knew we were this uncommon this far north." He said and un zipped the sweatshirt. It was a lot harder to control his body temperature here...

"One of of us?! There are more of you?" she squeeked,
Dauski just glanced at her weapon. "Koko...what's the big deal? We see strange things all the time. Kishins, witches, Sid being a zombie, Oxford's hair, we've seen a lot of wierd things, and that surprises you? You're a sword, for Shinigami-sama's sake...."
"But...."
"Koko...."
Keko cut in. "My turn for a question. What is a Naga?"

Asher blinked. Well that answered his question. "We're decedents of the gorgons from ancient Greece and the serpent god, Augin." He answered calmly, and noticed the guy from before leading his girlfriend away, back to their car. "I suppose you've never been to Shanai then, huh?"

"Um, I've seen nagas before, but I can't say I've been there myself either. Or even know what Shanai is..."

"Nadepa....." Koko anwsered, which in turn, made no sense, so Daisuki translated.
"No, we haven't. Where is it?"

Keko saw the others slip away. Now, why were they leaving? So soon? No one noticed as he walked behind them. Keko didn't trust Peten or Harley. He had no reason too. They were realted to Giriko, after all.

"It's my home country.... You have never heard of Shanai? Are you sure? Port Shanai, Terra's biggest tourist attraction, the god of fire's home?" He asked, slightly offended. Sure he was born under Ryou, but them never having heard of the fire god's home, that was an insult in itself!

Peten opened the door for Harley, and she got into the car. She immedietly opened the glove box, which was full of pictures that had been delivered to to by her mother. Some of her mother and Giriko, her siblings, Her mom and dad, a few of herself when she was little, and of course the oldest worn one, her with her parents when she was a baby.

Koko blinked. "Waaaaaaaaaaaa? What is this madness??" Her voice hinted in exitment and wonder. She was such a kid. Too much of a kid, being the oldest of the team.
Now Dasuki was slightly offened, "Koko! Don't say that! You know this isn't "madness"! Don't even joke about madness..." she edged at her weapon.
Dasuki had always been afraid of the madness. As far back as she can remember, going to bed at night, now in vacation(s) City. Dai hadn't lived in vacation(s) City forever. The whole story...well that would just spame the window. But when she heard it, the story of the Kishin, a bit of fear struck her that never left. Nothing ever bothered the green haired girl. So, she was afraid, that ment she was easily sesbtiable to madness.

Keko knocked on the back widow, leaning on the car. This lips were parted with paichents. His eyes hard. Keko looked through the spot in bewteen the seats, and saw the glove box open.

Asher was caught up explaining Shanai to the two, and continued to do so. He told them about the giant boar that was the fire god with a temper, the volcano that heated the island in the eight month long winter that was slowly getting shorter each year, and the cafe he lived at.

Peten and Harley didn't notice the knock on the back, and Peten was rummaging through trash in the car, throwing it into a nearby trashcan. Harley kept cycling through the photos, then took out her phone. She wanted to try, just to call Giriko again, but every time it was always dissconected.

Hikari looked at this person in wonder as he imagined this Shanai. "That sounds like such a fun place, I'll be sure to try and visit sometime!"

Asher nodded. "Come during either tourist season or during Christmas, that's when it's best. In the summer people come to surf, in the winter it's fr hockey." He explained and nodded again. He hated winter, but he still liked to watch the guys play hockey for his own reasons.

Hikari nodded, "Everywhere is fun during Christmas. And when is tourist season exactly?"

"Mid june to mid August, the only time the ice is melted and it's warm out at the same time" Asher chuckled lightly, zipping up the sweatshirt again. Being lukewarm blooded sucked.... so much time trying to keep warm but not too warm.

Keko shrugged, and stayed there. He foucused his hearing on Harley. They weren't driving away just yet.

Dasuki smiled to herself. It was a small, soft smile. Almost barely recongizable as one. "Yeah...it does sound nice. Nice but inpossible too.... Almost like something from a dream..."
