Veemon shrugged a bit, "I wouldn't know bout it to much really."

doru smiled. "well lets hope you never learn about it at all!"she chuckled as she looked at tommy. "why don't you go get into contact with koji and the others. see how talons going."she said kindly to the young boy. he nodded and spirit evolved into his normal form as he walked into the old ware house. "so...how long have you and kyo been together?"she asked veemon.

Veemon smiled, "Since I was an egg. See Kyo's dad was a digimon breeder. And when Kyo was old enough his dad gave me to him. But that's also why he works for P. See his father was seeing which digimon could create a stronger mixed DNA and if Kyo refuses to work then his father will be killed or sent somewhere."

doru nodded. "I've been with talon for the same amount of time...though I wasn't always a dorumon...P changed me through torment...I watch my sisters die..and then my mother to to P to work for him..."she sighed. "but there's not much I can do about that. what kind of guy is kyo? strong and passionate right?"she smiled.

Veemon nodded, "If there's something he has his mind on he wont stop until he does it. And does it right no matter what happens to him."

dorumon nodded. "heh...a guy like that must have a pretty girlfriend huh? talon's the same way. she wants P gone and will give herself up to do it. koichi hates it but he'll get over himself."

Veemon shook his head, "Kyo refuses to get attached to anybody anymore."

dorumon blinked. "anymore? because of his father?"she asked uncertain. kyo facinated her. he was so much like talon but so different.

Veemon folded his arms, "His dad and because of a girl who he really liked. But she ended up using his affection to distract him from everything."

doru nodded. "sounds harsh...poor kid...he does know that now that talon has an ally inside she wont let him go...she'll be with him every waking moment trying to get to know him."she laughed. "I mean if she recovers...she was banged up pretty bad I hear..."

Veemon nodded slow, "Sounds like it. I mean he trusts you all he's just afraid to open up anymore. Even to me I know there's still a lot he keeps to himself. Regardless like Talon i'll be there for him. He's a good kid, and this is partial reason I'm pretty well stiff, with Kyo trying to do everything by himself I'm there to put him back together."

doru smiled. "you're so sweet! you must really love him!"

Veemon grinned, "Well we're partners for life and despite him being a reckless fool. Kinda like a brother."

doru nodded. "yeah I know what ya mean"

Veemon stretched out and yawned, "Bleh."

dorumon looked at him. "tired much?"she laughed.

Veemon grinned, "Tiring day." He replied with a chuckle.

dorumon nodded. "you can sleep inside...I'm sure the little ones have already been put to sleep."she smiled. "though I don't know how many places there are..."she blinked. "eh you can use my bed."she smiled.

Veemon nodded and smiled, "Thanks I appreciate it. Once Kyo is okay i'll head in."

dorumon blinked. "heh...you really are devoted to him....c'mon we're gonna go check on him!"she smiled as she went behind him and pushed him forward with her head.

Veemon stumbled forward but continued to walk where he was being pushed, "I can't rest knowing he's hurt ya know."

dorumon laughed. "I know! he'll be fine, and its not like I'm asking you to sleep the night away, only to check on him!" she giggled.

Smiling he poked his head in somewhat, "Kyo?" He called.

with a laugh dorumon playfully pushed him in."c'mon! he'll be fine! I mean zoey's cooking's horrible but she's not a bad doctor."

Veemon blinked and walked further in, spotting Kyo he smiled and ran over. "How're you feelin?"

"A lot better." He replied before smiling, "Thanks for checking in."

from the door way dorumon yelped. "tokomon! don't bite that! c'mon now thats not a chew toy!"she giggled as she picked up the baby digimon. "mon! mon!!"it chirped. "so did she try to shove food down your throat yet??" doru chucked as she picked the small digimon up in her arms.

Kyo laughed a bit and shook his head, "Not yet but maybe that's why she ran off."

doru nodded. "you poor thing..."she said as she rubbed her nose up against tokomon's, "you're such a cutie! yes you are!"she said softly to the digimon, who giggled and chirped.

Kyo stood up and stretched, "Veemon you look exhausted. Go rest I'll be alright."

Watching him for a moment the digimon went over and jumped to hug him. "Mmkay."

dorumon smiled and coughed slightly. "well now...if you're ready I'll show you to the sleep area."she giggled.
