I guess I just wanted to put a bunch of stuff about the nightphase that has never really be spoken about. since some of the characters that are no longer in use have been left to me by their owners I've been tinkering with the storylines while still keeping consistant on the originals. anywho because of that these really can't be considered cannon and instead are just speculation until we do something with them later on. until then these are free to be used and hell you can even add some on about other characters if you want.
here are a few of mine:
shin
-shin's not really affected by alcohol, it's a strange sensation where she's seen the effects so much her brain is hardwired to think that she is indeed getting crunk as the saying goes. in reality because her genetic makeup is different she can't get drunk.
-she'll never admit it but she loves wearing frilly things. things with lace and bows make her feel pretty. occasionally she'll just romp around her office with the door locked and go around wearing frilly and lacey things.
-bananas. shin freaking hates them. even the smell is enough to make her ill for days. there is of course no reason for this medical wise since she has no allergies and cannot have them. this is most likely like the whole alcohol thing.
-shin loves gardens. this is why koji works so hard on the land scaping. since the two have been through so much without her ever saying he knows how much she is calmed by the sent of flowers, the taste of fresh grown fruits and veggies, and the sighs and sounds that gardens bring. though she cannot visit them much because of her work there are times when she'll go missing when things get hectic so she can just sit in the gardens.
lune
-lune has memories of a life before he was 'made' but in reality these are the bits of memories left over by the original owner of the body. the fact that he clings to these is a sign of just how little control he has over his own body.
-spiritually if one were to look at his inner soul they'd see three different souls in one body. unlike shin's who has three different souls living in unison allowing the weakest to act as the host of the body lune's are different in the sense that one is a totally dead soul, one is dead with the potential to come back and has limited control over what he thinks or does and then there's his own soul that trumps the other. these souls are essentially 'sewn' together and if they were separated he'd not only disappear but a small explosion would occur killing only the souls of any living thing within a mile radius of him.
-unlike the other members of the nightphase whom came to the conclusion of their own sexuality lune was never meant to have romantic capabilities, when the manufactured soul was added to the other two souls the coding was ruptured causing a malfunction in his behavior. this means he can associate with members of the male gender as a sexual whole but women do not register at all. this causes his attraction to men but not women. left on his own he noted that men tend to be attracted to the feminine features of a woman so he thus assumed that to attract a man he needed to act like a woman. this is the cause of this flamboyant nature.
-lune can't stomach spicey stuff. even the slightest hint of spice causes him to become weak or physically ill. it's not all that uncommon for mocha to add a pinch of spice to his food just to spite him.
mocha
-while mocha lived in japan and china for sometime, her family is actually a shapeshifting sub-race of people from brazil, which is why she has dark skin and hair.
-while she prefers english and japanese she can fluently speak spanish, usually only when she's in operations though.
-her want to be a medic comes from the fact that she herself can heal quicker than most human sub-races.
-as a child she was forced to learn about the human body so that she could successfully transform and not screw up her organs. this is where her knowledge of the medical field comes from.
